Tips & Advice To increase the benefits of the treatment, it’s recommended to leave the oils on your skin for as long as possible and preferably overnight. Drink plenty of water and avoid any stimulating drink (i.e. coffee, tea, alcohol, etc.). Drink plenty of water! Your body will be expelling toxins from your system. Following your massage you might experience some tiredness, aches and heightened emotions. This is perfectly normal; your mind and body are going through a process of healing and stress liberation.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hr in advance. Failure to do so will result in your deposit not being refunded. Please inform us if you are not going to make it on time as we might not be able to accommodate you if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment.
