The Diamond Microdermabrasion is a painless skin refinish procedure that removes the outer layer of skin, allowing for its resurfacing and optimizing skin regeneration. The treatment starts with a thorough Skin Analysis. Following, and in preparation for the following steps, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed. Once your skin is purified the microdermabrasion begins. At Royal Spa by Monica we use Diamond Dermabrasion, a creative improvement of the Micro-crystal Dermabrasion. This latest and advanced facial technology uses sterile diamond heads to exfoliate the outer layers of the skin and to remove dead skin cells. The gentle suction stimulates the production of new cells at the lower dermal layers. This procedure removes skin debris, imperfections, blemishes, wrinkles, and unwanted pigmentation on the skin. Once your skin is thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated, if needed, the Skin Therapist will perform the extractions. Next, your skin will be soothed and refreshed with the application of a hydration mist and a serum. Then, you will enjoy the placid cooling effect of a hydration massage of the face, neck and shoulders. Following, your deeply exfoliated skin will be oxygenated and toned with the application of a suitable intensive facial mask.
