To ensure that every guest enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, we've outlined a few guidelines to help you get the most out of your visit. From arrival time to treatment preferences, our goal is to create a serene environment where you can fully unwind. Please review our spa etiquette to help us maintain a tranquil and respectful atmosphere for all.
Bookings and Cancellations
Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule.
Clients who fail to do so, are no shows, or are more than 30 minutes late to their appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Respect & Our Right to Refuse Service
We’re committed to creating a calm, respectful, and elevated environment where every guest feels seen, supported, and beautifully cared for.
To maintain the quality of experience our clients deserve, we kindly ask that all appointments be honored and any changes be communicated in advance.
Please note, to protect the integrity of our space and our team’s time, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of:
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations
• Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior

Health Information
Health information is collected to ensure continuity of records from one visit to the next, and to customize treatments to individual needs. In particular this information is essential in case the client has any medical issues or allergies that could have contraindications with certain products or services.
Your records file can be updated upon request
Sanitation and Sterilization
We are completely committed to ensuring your safety. Our standards not only meets the government regulations, but we also make it a priority to have a hygienic and sanitized environment:
- Wax pots are never double dipped
- All implements are stainless steel. They are scrubbed and soaked for 20 minutes minimums in a high level-medical grade disinfectant solution
- All linens are used once as they are either disposed of or laundered.
Age of Clients
Royal spa by Monica welcomes individuals 17+
Teens between 13-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Written permission must be provided and they remain in the room during the appointment.
By law, health information from all customers is required, regardless of age.
